Welcome to Molly Moocow Classes! Our aim is to provide fun, engaging and inclusive music and movement sessions for babies, toddlers and preschool children.

By booking a class, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

        All classes must be booked and paid for in advance either directly with us or via one of our designated booking service providers (currently Bookwhen and sometimes Happity.)
        Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.
        Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Sibling Discount

        One sibling attends free of charge with each full-paying child.
        Any additional siblings attend at 50% of the standard class fee.
        The sibling discount applies only to children attending the same class with the same parent or carer.

3. Attendance

        Please arrive a few minutes before the class starts.
        Parents and carers remain responsible for their children throughout the session.
        Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and play.

4. Missed Classes

        Your class teacher is under no obligation to offer a refund if you cannot attend classes to illness or holiday. 
        If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place or attend one of our other classes if space is available. 

5. Cancellations

        Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
        If we have to cancel a session due to illness, severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, an alternative class, credit or refund will be offered at our discretion.

6. Health and Wellbeing

        Please do not attend if you or your child has a contagious illness, including sickness, diarrhoea or a fever, until you are fully recovered.
        Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs that may affect participation.

7. Safety

        Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
        Please encourage children to use equipment safely and respectfully.
        Molly Moocow cannot accept responsibility for accidents resulting from failure to follow instructions or supervise children appropriately.

8. Photography and Social Media

        Occasionally photographs or short videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes.
        Images of you or your child will only be used with your prior permission.
        You are welcome to take photos of your own child but please avoid including other families without their consent.
        Molly Moocow is not responsible for any breach of photography rules by a third party. 

9. Personal Belongings

        Personal belongings are brought to classes at your own risk.
        Molly Moocow accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.

10. Changes to Classes

        We reserve the right to amend class times, venues, instructors or session content where necessary.
        Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
        

11. Exclusion of liability 
    In the absence of any proven negligence, lack of due diligence or breach of duty by the teacher, the participation of you, your family, your baby or your child or those in whose care you have placed your baby/child for the purpose of attending class, is done so entirely at your and their own risk.

By booking a place at a Molly Moocow class, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
